Kurt Warner Inspiration

 Kurt Warner's journey from obscurity to NFL stardom is one of the most inspiring stories in sports history. Born in 1971 in Burlington, Iowa, Warner faced numerous obstacles before achieving football success. Despite a promising college career at the University of Northern Iowa, where he was a standout quarterback, Warner went undrafted in the 1994 NFL Draft. This setback could have ended his dreams, but Warner's resilience kept him moving forward. After brief stints with the Green Bay Packers and struggles to find a spot in the NFL, Warner found himself working at a grocery store in Cedar Falls, stocking shelves for $5.50 an hour. To keep his football dreams alive, he joined the Arena Football League (AFL), where he played for the Iowa Barnstormers. His talent and leadership shone brightly, leading the team to success and capturing the attention of NFL scouts. In 1998, he signed with the St. Louis Rams but was initially a backup quarterback. Everything changed in 1999 when the Rams' starting quarterback, Trent Green, was injured during the preseason. Warner stepped into the starting role and orchestrated one of the most remarkable seasons in NFL history. Leading an explosive offense dubbed "The Greatest Show on Turf," Warner threw for over 4,300 yards and 41 touchdowns, earning him the league MVP award. That season culminated in the Rams' Super Bowl XXXIV victory, where Warner's 414 passing yards and decisive touchdown pass to Isaac Bruce secured a 23-16 win over the Tennessee Titans. He was named Super Bowl MVP. Warner's career continued with ups and downs, including successful seasons with the Arizona Cardinals, whom he led to the Super Bowl in 2009. His story remains a testament to perseverance, faith, and hard work—proof that dreams can be achieved no matter how many times life says "no."

Way Too Early Predictions

      Who doesn't love a good prediction for the rest of the NFL season after only 4 games. While it is too early with 13 weeks left in the NFL season we can't be so sure about predictions but, we have learned a lot and teams have started to show their true colors. While things will obviously change that doesn't stop us from predicting so let's get into it.     Who else to talk about other than America's team The Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys in my opinion have not changed much since last season or for the last few years for that matter. They still seem to look like the team that beats up on lesser opponents and really struggles against strong contenders in the league.
